MMNIC  accepts 3rd level domain name applications ending with .mm only. MM is the country code top-level domain name for Myanmar.

Below the top-level domain in the domain name hierarchy are the second-level domain names. These are the names directly to the left of top-level domain.

As an example, in the domain yangondirectory.com.mm, com is the second-level  domain and yangondirectory is the third-level  domain.

Registration and Fees

Applicants can register their .mm domain namess at three registrars -

1. "Myanma Posts and Telecommunications (MPT)"
2. "Yatanarpon Teleport Co.Ltd." 
   
3. "Myanmar Technology Gateway Co.Ltd"

Note ­ The registrar does not allocate IP addresses. Please obtain your IP addresses from your Internet Service Providers or other.

The Myanma Posts and Telecommunications (MPT), is the sole provider of telecommunication services in Myanmar. It is a Government Internet Service Provider under the Ministry of Communications Posts and Telegraphs.
